Senior FP&A Business Partner

About the role

AlayaCare is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner to turn financial data into strategic insights. Working within the Strategic Finance team, you will partner with Product & Engineering leaders to guide investment decisions and improve cost efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for Product & Engineering, including annual, quarterly and monthly updates.
• Track and forecast key cost drivers such as cloud infrastructure spend, headcount, and product development investments.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, ensuring they reflect operational realities and support transparent monthly reporting.
• Provide financial guidance for product roadmaps, engineering resourcing, cloud cost management and scenario analysis for new initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders and present financial insights.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and operational teams.
