Senior Developer / DevOps Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer / DevOps Specialist to join a large‑scale digital modernization initiative. The role focuses on building secure, scalable, cloud‑native applications within an agile delivery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern cloud‑native applications and services.
• Build scalable frontend applications using Vue.js, Nuxt, TypeScript, HTML5 and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop backend APIs and services with Python, Flask, Node.js, adhering to REST/OpenAPI standards.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment workflows, and GitOps/Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices.
• Work with containerized, microservices‑based architectures on OpenShift and Google Cloud Platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers in Agile teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and technical design sessions.
• Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and create documentation, runbooks, and architecture artifacts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recent experience in senior software development roles.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies (Vue 3, Nuxt 3/4, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS).
• Proven backend development skills with Python/Flask, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with microservices, containerization, GitOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (OpenShift 4.x, GCP).
• Solid database knowledge (PostgreSQL and/or Oracle).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments and excellent communication skills.
