Senior Consultant - P&C Insurance

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to advise Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance clients on business and IT strategy. The role focuses on leading digital transformation, process reimagination, and platform modernization initiatives across the insurance value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to senior insurance executives on business and technology initiatives.
• Lead teams delivering digital transformation, AI, and platform modernization programs.
• Drive process reimagination, optimization, and change management using design‑thinking techniques.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and fostering long‑term trust.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate cross‑functional delivery efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising P&C insurance clients (personal, property, and commercial lines).
• Background in product development, product consolidation, claims management, and distribution management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Knowledge of emerging insurance trends (AI, embedded insurance, touchless claims, virtual agents).
• Hands‑on experience with digital transformation or legacy platform modernization projects.
• Ability to analyze current state, perform root‑cause analysis, and design future‑state solutions.
