Senior Buyer – IT Procurement

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Buyer to lead our IT sourcing initiatives. The role supports the global organization by managing the procurement, maintenance, and refurbishment of hardware and software, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and strategic vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Procure, maintain, and refurbish IT hardware and software assets.
• Manage relationships with external IT suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide integration and support for the department’s procurement system.
• Process invoices, handle service tickets, and ensure timely delivery of hardware/software.
• Maintain the full purchase‑order cycle and keep records up to date in the ERP system.
• Enter data accurately and support less senior colleagues with guidance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Sourcing, Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with IT, Security, and Compliance teams.
• Comfortable using software and ERP systems on a daily basis.
