Senior Business Consultant - IT & Strategy

About the Position

Join Rose International as a Senior Business Consultant in a dynamic, large-scale environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation by bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions for our high-profile clients.

Main Missions

• Assist clients in executing complex strategies related to technology, business processes, organizational design, and IT operations.
• Conduct comprehensive impact and risk assessments to ensure seamless project integration.
• Develop high-quality visual assets including process diagrams, RACI matrices, UI mockups, and user journey maps.
• Build robust business cases and detailed financial reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and management across all levels of the organization.
• Navigate and apply knowledge of government planning and budgeting processes.

Profile Required

• University degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar consulting role within large-scale environments (2000+ employees).
• Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to executive-level leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
