SAP Fieldglass Consultant – Bilingual (English/French)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/French) SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join our Advanced Technology Centers team in Montreal. You will help clients launch and accelerate SAP Fieldglass transformation programs, delivering workshops and guiding them through design, configuration, testing and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client workshops on SAP Fieldglass Statement of Work (SOW) and Contingent Workforce (CW) modules.
• Design, build/configure, test and deploy core SAP Ariba solutions that integrate with Fieldglass.
• Manage workstreams, coordinate with technical, reporting, conversion and change‑management teams.
• Identify and implement configuration solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Document requirements, decisions, alternatives and impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering SAP Fieldglass implementations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Montreal three days per week.
