About the role
The Sales Executive based in Canton will support the Sales Manager for South China in executing sales strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving revenue and market share targets. This role focuses on building and maintaining sales channels, supporting market development, and delivering sales analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales activities to meet assigned revenue goals.
- Develop and nurture relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, including new clients and market segments.
- Conduct sales presentations and product briefings to promote airline offerings.
- Prepare sales proposals and support contract negotiations in line with company policies.
- Provide timely support to clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences, feeding insights to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and agency training sessions to promote the brand.
- Support planning and delivery of agency training, briefings, and engagement activities.
- Review basic sales performance data and assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and documentation.
- Respond to ad‑hoc requests from regional or headquarters teams as needed.
