Sales and Marketing Director

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to drive sustainable growth for our SME in the renovation and construction sector. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, ensuring our sales and marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s vision and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in the management committee and contribute to the company’s strategic direction.
• Define, deploy and optimise sales strategies for the renovation and contractor markets, expanding the customer base and strengthening existing relationships.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan covering brand, digital, advertising, promotions and events, while managing the marketing budget with an ROI focus.
• Lead, coach and develop a sales team of approximately 30 people, setting clear objectives and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Standardise sales processes, ensure seamless internal communication and stay abreast of market and competitive trends.
• Represent the company with key partners and build strategic business networks.

Required profile

• University degree in administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of sales experience, including several years in team management.
• Experience in the doors and windows, construction, renovation or related industry is a strong asset.
• Commitment to the company’s values and culture.
