Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Room Attendant to join our hotel housekeeping team. You will be responsible for maintaining clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Make beds, change sheets and replenish towels and toiletries
• Stock linen closets and manage clean supplies
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Sanitize elevators and handle lost‑and‑found items
• Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or information
• Collect debris, empty trash containers and perform light housekeeping duties
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly
