About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating associates while ensuring the store meets its performance and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Participate actively on the floor, engaging with customers and team members to model best practices.
• Recruit, train, and retain talent, fostering an inclusive and growth‑focused environment.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary and collaborating with leadership.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect confidential information, and maintain store assets.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all team members.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; French proficiency required for Quebec‑based locations.
