Research Coordinator – Cervical Cancer Elimination

About the role

The Research Coordinator will support grant‑funded cervical cancer elimination and HPV research studies conducted through the Women’s Health Research Institute (WHRI). Working under the supervision of the Research Program Manager and Dr. Gina Ogilvie, the role focuses on project oversight, coordination, and data management across sites at the BC Women’s Hospital campus and the BC Cancer Research Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate trial conduct and administration to ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Advise principal investigators on protocol adherence and study procedures.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and data collection activities.
• Facilitate communication between research teams at WHRI and the BC Cancer Research Centre.
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements for funded projects.

Required profile

• Ability to work under the supervision of the Research Program Manager and Dr. Gina Ogilvie.
• Willingness to spend time on‑site at WHRI and the BC Cancer Research Centre.
