Remote Tax Accountant (Contract) – $55-$75/hr

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Tax Accountant (CPA/CA) to work remotely on a contract basis. You will apply your expertise in U.S. tax law to ensure that AI‑generated translations are accurate, compliant, and clear for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret original U.S. tax statutes, regulations, and IRS guidance.
• Review AI‑produced plain‑English translations for legal fidelity and terminology.
• Approve high‑quality translations or provide detailed feedback to correct inaccuracies.
• Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios, including edge cases, to validate translation robustness.
• Collaborate within a digital review platform, submitting structured written evaluations.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate discrepancies, exceptions, and nuanced statutory language.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on precision.
• Comfortable delivering structured feedback through digital review interfaces.
• Experience handling complex legal concepts such as conditional logic, thresholds, AND/OR rules, and defined terms.
