Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative to join our growing digital presence agency. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and booking appointments for our sales team. All lead data is provided, allowing you to concentrate on high‑volume outreach and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150‑250+ outbound calls daily to service‑based businesses.
• Qualify prospects and schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads via phone, SMS and email as needed.
• Meet weekly performance targets and appointment‑setting KPIs.
• Collaborate with leadership and closers to improve lead quality.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Required profile

• Previous cold‑calling or sales experience (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and confidence speaking with business owners.
• Self‑motivated, competitive and results‑driven.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and professional call setup.
• Fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
