Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN)

About the Position

Join a dedicated healthcare team in a vibrant and diverse community. As an RN or RPN, you will play a crucial role in providing people-centered care across various settings, including Home Care, Personal Care Homes, and Transitional Care, ensuring our clients achieve their optimum level of health.

Main Missions

• Apply the nursing process to support clients, residents, and patients in achieving and maintaining optimal health.
• Deliver high-quality care within acute, transitional, primary care, public health, or home care environments.
• Work to the full scope of practice while exercising independent judgment in determining work priorities and methods.
• Collaborate with diverse community partners, including First Nations, Francophone, Métis, and immigrant communities.
• Maintain professional competency in alignment with Southern Health‑Santé Sud policies and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) in good standing.
• Ability to work autonomously and exercise initiative in clinical decision-making.
• Strong commitment to a people-centered approach and cultural sensitivity.
• Proven ability to adapt to different care environments (Home Care, PCH, or Transitional Care).
• Adherence to the Code of Ethics and the Regulated Health Professions Act.
