Real Estate Investment Analyst

About the role

Richmond Asset Management is seeking a motivated Analyst to support the full lifecycle of its real‑estate private‑equity investments. You will work closely with senior leadership in a lean, collaborative environment, gaining exposure to acquisitions, asset management and strategic initiatives across a growing portfolio of multifamily, mixed‑use and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite new real‑estate investment opportunities and present recommendations.
• Evaluate market, economic and demographic data to inform investment decisions.
• Conduct due‑diligence reviews and assist in preparing transaction and closing documents.
• Support the sourcing and analysis of lender options and prepare property‑specific business plans.
• Perform monthly asset‑management reviews, reporting on portfolio performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Research and execute value‑add initiatives to enhance property value and returns.
• Assist with refinancing strategies and support marketing and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, economics or a related field.
• Relevant real‑estate industry experience is an asset.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial drive and passion for commercial real estate.
• Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
