Quality Engineering Lead – AI Assurance Chatbot Tester

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Quality Engineering Lead to drive AI Assurance testing for chatbot solutions. The role focuses on functional, conversational and security testing of AI‑powered virtual agents, ensuring reliability, accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute functional and end‑to‑end test cases for AI chatbots across multiple platforms.
• Validate response relevance, completeness and consistency, including hallucination and bias detection.
• Perform API testing using Postman and verify workflow integrations.
• Conduct prompt injection and security testing to identify AI‑specific vulnerabilities.
• Maintain test artefacts, defect tracking and quality metrics in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, developers and business stakeholders to improve chatbot quality and support Responsible AI initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or at least four years of progressive IT experience.
• Minimum four years of software testing experience, preferably with AI or chatbot products.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
• Located within commuting distance of Montreal, QC or Mississauga, ON, or willing to relocate.
