Product Specialist – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

RONA is looking for a motivated Product Specialist to join its retail team. In this position you will act as the store expert, guiding customers to the right products and supporting sales objectives while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed product information to customers and fellow associates.
• Promote and recommend products, plans, or installation services that match customer needs.
• Maintain stocked shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed correctly.
• Prepare weekly flyers and manage order entry, vendor communication, and order tracking.
• Execute RONA customer service programs, follow up on completed orders, and assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Perform other tasks that keep the store running smoothly.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar retail or sales role.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strong analytical abilities.
