Product Operations Manager

About the role

Amae Health is building a new model of specialty outpatient care for people with severe mental illness. As a Product Operations Manager you will bridge clinical insight and product development to help scale this innovative care platform.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians, engineers, and researchers to translate clinical protocols into product requirements.
• Own end‑to‑end operational workflows that support product rollout across in‑person clinics.
• Monitor product performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between product roadmap and care delivery goals.
• Support data collection and integration for the AI‑driven platform, ensuring data quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Experience working at the intersection of healthcare delivery and product development.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret clinical and operational data.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clinicians, technologists, and executives.
• Track record of managing complex projects in a fast‑moving environment.
