Procurement Co‑op / Internship – Fall 2026 & Winter 2027

About the role

Join a fast‑growing investment management firm as a Procurement Co‑op/Intern for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms. You will support the Procurement Operations team, gaining hands‑on experience in contract administration, strategic sourcing, and general finance‑related administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor, Procurement Operations on various projects.
• Perform contract administration activities, including updating records and tracking contracts throughout their life cycle.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding of contract workers at BCI.
• Prepare reports on procurement and contract activities as requested.
• Help with strategic sourcing tasks such as distributing documents, compiling bidding packages, issuing amendments, and scheduling interviews.
• Provide general administrative services: document preparation, formatting, scanning, data entry, records management, and creating/updating charts, diagrams, and PowerPoint presentations.
