Procurement Analyst – Support P2P Activities

About the role

The Procurement Analyst supports BDC’s procurement and procure‑to‑pay (P2P) activities by coordinating purchasing, managing purchase orders, administering contracts, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and delegated authorities. The role acts as a key resource for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on procurement processes, supporting sourcing, and promoting data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement for contingent workforce resources, contractors, and lower‑complexity goods and services.
• Review business requirements and select the appropriate procurement approach, escalating higher‑risk or strategic needs.
• Prepare and administer procurement documentation, including RFQs, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers.
• Maintain complete, audit‑ready procurement files and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support internal champions who create purchase orders outside the Procurement Department.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Understanding of corporate procurement policies, directives, and delegated authorities.
• Ability to validate business requirements and ensure compliance throughout the procurement cycle.
