About the role
We are seeking a reliable child care provider to work in a private home in Vancouver. The role involves caring for infants and children while maintaining a safe, healthy household environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for the household in the parents' absence, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens.
- Bathe, dress and feed infants and children, and discipline them according to parents' methods.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
- Organize activities such as games and outings, and prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Transport children to and from school, appointments and extracurricular activities.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of child‑care experience.
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates.
- Reference required.
