People & Operations Coordinator

About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive People & Operations Coordinator to support our fast‑moving startup environment. The role sits at the intersection of People Operations, Finance, and Executive Support, serving our North American team while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractor management for the US and Canada.
- Assist with payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and resolve employee inquiries related to compensation, commissions, and reimbursements.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and global teams to compile attendance, productivity, and quarterly metric reports.
- Coordinate inventory logistics, shipment tracking, and retrieval across North America.
- Provide ad‑hoc executive support to the CEO and leadership team, including scheduling, coordination, and special projects.
- Conduct operational research and vendor coordination for office setup, supplies, and market expansion.
Required profile
- 1+ years of experience in a startup or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort handling confidential information.
- Self‑starter mindset with the ability to work across time zones.
