About the role
Join a dynamic market‑research team as a Call Representative, conducting telephone surveys for a variety of public‑policy, consumer‑trend and customer‑satisfaction projects. This part‑time, work‑from‑home position offers flexible evening and weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telephone surveys using CATI software.
- Collect unbiased data on customer satisfaction, public issues and consumer trends.
- Collaborate with the quality‑control team to ensure data integrity.
- Follow the assigned staffing schedule and adhere to shift timings.
Required profile
- At least one year of customer‑service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy; experience with CATI systems is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills; clear pronunciation of difficult words.
- Fluency in a second language is an asset.
Required skills
- CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) programs
