Part-Time Team Lead – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Part‑Time Team Lead to join our Orchard Park store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create an inclusive, high‑energy environment while driving sales and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Align daily store performance with company objectives and KPIs.
• Oversee policies, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting and staff scheduling.
• Execute visual merchandising plans and maintain a clean, welcoming store.
• Coach and mentor team members through on‑the‑spot training and regular feedback.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and District Manager to ensure operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer‑focused setting.
• Proven ability to motivate a team toward shared goals.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
