About the role

As the first point of contact for guests at Boston Pizza in Bonnyville, the Host creates a welcoming atmosphere and ensures smooth seating flow. The role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with the team to provide a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, answer phone inquiries, and thank them for their visit.
• Seat guests efficiently based on party size, wait times, and server availability.
• Communicate seating options and escort guests to their tables.
• Maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
