About the role
We are looking for an Office Administrator to implement and review administrative procedures, coordinate office services, and support budgeting and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Implement new administrative procedures.
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance and security.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Required profile
- College or CEGEP diploma (1‑2 year program).
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
