OCS-TPSS Work Package Manager

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an OCS‑TPSS Work Package Manager to lead the full‑lifecycle delivery of the Overhead Catenary System (OCS) and Traction Power Supply System (TPSS) for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension project in Ontario. The role will coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and system integration to ensure operational readiness of the rail infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all OCS‑TPSS activities across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee engineering design and review constructability of OCS and TPSS components.
• Perform estimation take‑offs and quantity calculations.
• Coordinate procurement, manufacturing and delivery of system elements.
• Supervise installation, construction and field integration.
• Direct testing, commissioning and energisation activities.
• Ensure seamless system integration and hand‑over to operations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and manage OCS‑TPSS work packages from concept to commissioning.
• Experience delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably in rail or transit environments.
• Familiarity with design‑build delivery models and multidisciplinary team coordination.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Overhead Catenary System (OCS) design and operation.
• Knowledge of Traction Power Supply System (TPSS) design and operation.
