Night Shift Shipper/Receiver – Nisku

About the role

Join Silent‑Aire’s Nisku facility as a Shipper/Receiver on the weekday night shift (6:15 PM – 5:45 AM). You will ensure accurate and timely processing of all outgoing shipments and incoming deliveries, supporting the broader manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manually load and unload pallets, skids, platforms and vehicles.
• Put away received materials to designated storage locations.
• Prepare, schedule and document shipments with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Purolator and DHL.
• Maintain shipping records in Sage and file all shipping documents.
• Perform forklift circle checks, routine maintenance and manage inventory of shipping supplies.
• Conduct quality audits of incoming and outgoing goods and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with Silent‑Aire safety standards and Alberta OHS regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a shipping and receiving role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to operate material‑handling equipment, including a forklift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic mathematical ability and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the Nisku site.
