Movement Trainer – Group & Private Sessions

About the role

As a Movement Trainer you will deliver high‑quality group classes and private sessions, creating a welcoming environment for every client. You will work closely with the Client Success Team and report to the Studio Manager, helping to convert participants into members.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, introduce them to the True Movement Platform, and assess any concerns or injuries.
• Lead group classes, cueing and breaking down exercises clearly for participants of all levels.
• Conduct private training sessions, tailoring programs to individual goals and providing ongoing feedback.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolve minor issues promptly, and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Client Success Team to support sales and membership conversions.
