Motorcoach Operator – Full‑Time Term Position in Edmonton

About the role

TRAXX is seeking experienced Motorcoach Operators to provide safe, comfortable transportation for passengers across Western Canada. This full‑time, term position in Edmonton involves driving a motorcoach for sports teams, school groups, chartered tours and other passenger services.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers while adhering to all safety programs, policies and regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading passenger luggage.
• Address passenger inquiries and concerns politely and professionally.
• Keep passengers informed of trip progress and any delays.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑trip reports for vehicle, passenger and employee incidents.
• Maintain the bus in a clean and presentable condition and keep accurate trip logs.
• Work varied hours, including holidays, weekends and evenings as required.

Required profile

• Class 1 or Class 2 Commercial Driver’s License with air‑brake endorsement.
• Proof of a clean driver abstract.
• Minimum three years of commercial driving experience, preferably with motorcoach operation.
• At least one year of direct motorcoach experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License with air‑brake endorsement
• Class 2 Commercial Driver’s License with air‑brake endorsement
• Clean Driver Abstract
• Knowledge of motorcoach safety, ADA, DMV and DOT requirements
