Mixer – Production Operations

About the role

The Mixer is responsible for accurately measuring, adding, and blending dough ingredients according to strict formulas in a high‑volume food production environment. You will operate mixing equipment, monitor process parameters, and ensure product flow meets safety, GMP, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and dispense ingredients using color‑coded scoops and follow allergen segregation procedures.
• Set timers, monitor mixing cycles, and perform quality checks including dough temperature.
• Unload finished batches, transfer them to downstream stations, and clean the mixer after each run.
• Record batch numbers, complete process order sheets, and update SAP with blend information.
• Maintain downtime and process control logs, and conduct pre‑operation equipment inspections.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed formulas and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to safety, GMP, and quality compliance.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced production line and handling physical tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for batch recording.
• Experience operating mixing equipment and related controls.
