MES Pharma Suite Designer / Author

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MES Pharma Suite Designer / Author to join a project for a Canadian client in the life‑sciences sector. The role focuses on hands‑on design and authoring of electronic batch records within Rockwell Pharma Suite or a closely related MES platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and author electronic batch records using Pharma Suite.
• Support MES implementation projects for pharmaceutical and life‑sciences clients.
• Participate in client workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions.
• Translate manufacturing processes into MES workflows in collaboration with client teams, project leads, and technical staff.
• Configure, design, and document MES solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and client‑facing teams in a highly interactive environment.
• Travel to client sites for workshops, typically about one week every few months.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on MES authoring/design experience.
• Strong experience with Rockwell Pharma Suite.
• Proven ability to build and design electronic batch records.
• Solid understanding of life‑sciences/pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to the United States for workshops and meetings.
