Marketing Manager – B2B HubSpot Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to lead demand‑generation and lead‑nurturing initiatives for a portfolio of industrial recycling and material‑processing equipment brands operating across Canada. The role is hands‑on, requiring you to design and execute a full‑funnel B2B marketing engine that directly fuels sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the marketing roadmap, providing strategic direction rather than merely executing tasks.
• Identify, attract and nurture the Ideal Customer Profile for both industrial equipment and manufacturing divisions.
• Manage and optimise HubSpot Marketing Pro – building automated workflows, tracking attribution and overseeing the lead lifecycle.
• Maintain and enhance digital presence across websites and social channels to boost brand visibility.
• Equip the sales team with high‑quality intelligence and collateral using tools such as ZoomInfo and Claude.
• Design, launch and analyse multi‑channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.

Required profile

• Proactive, strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B demand generation.
• Experience working with industrial, manufacturing or heavy‑equipment markets is a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with sales and operations teams.
