Marketing Coordinator – Retail Campaigns

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for DSW Canada and The Shoe Co., ensuring brand consistency across more than 140 stores and digital channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role acts as the operational backbone of the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns across digital and owned channels.
• Coordinate creative workflow, manage timelines, and facilitate asset handoff to cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain product alignment documents and weekly trackers to translate merchant strategies into campaign selections.
• Coordinate brand co‑op campaigns, manage partnership budgets, invoices, and post‑campaign reporting.
• Manage photoshoot timelines, logistics, budgets and liaise with photographers and stylists to deliver campaign assets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of marketing experience in retail, brand marketing, or marketing operations.
• Strong project‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple timelines.
• Comfortable working with data to monitor campaign and product performance.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining brand consistency.
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams, merchants, and external vendors.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with project‑management tools.
