Manufacturing Project Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Project Manager will be the primary operations contact responsible for delivering a portfolio of engine overhauls on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Working with internal teams and external partners, the role ensures transparent communication and effective coordination across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain the project baseline and communicate it to all stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables meet time, cost, and quality targets, and lead issue and risk resolution.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date project risk register.
• Report project progress regularly using agreed communication channels.
• Track and report KPIs, propose improvements, and prepare project close‑out reports.
• Conduct lessons‑learned reviews as required.

Required profile

• Strong discipline in project controls, including baseline planning, schedule and cost tracking, and change management.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Hands‑on risk and issue management with decisive escalation when needed.
• Clear, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Data‑driven performance management, tracking KPIs and identifying trends.
• Structured approach to project close‑out and lessons learned.
