Manager, Office Experience & Facilities

About the role

The Manager, Office Experience & Facilities will lead the delivery of a high‑quality, consistent workplace experience across Equitable Bank’s Toronto headquarters and its regional offices. Reporting to the Senior Director, this full‑time, on‑site position blends hospitality‑focused leadership with hands‑on facilities management, regulatory compliance, and workplace strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality office experience across corporate and regional locations, overseeing hospitality services, meeting‑room support and workplace amenities.
• Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee well‑being, hybrid‑work effectiveness and overall workplace culture.
• Lead communications related to office updates, service disruptions and workplace projects.
• Oversee day‑to‑day facilities operations, preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage facilities service providers, contracts, SLAs and performance outcomes.
• Develop and control operating and capital budgets, forecasting costs and driving optimization.
• Perform space planning and workplace strategy using AutoCAD, managing tenant‑landlord relationships and ensuring alignment with LEED/WELL standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality‑focused workplace leadership and facilities management within a multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, occupational health and safety programs, and accessible design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors and landlord relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
