About the role
Owner is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead its Account Executives team. The role is ideal for candidates passionate about helping small businesses grow and who have a proven record of sales excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a world‑class team of account executives.
- Co‑sell with reps and coach them based on individual strengths.
- Identify business opportunities and execute projects to improve the sales system.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and become an expert in Owner’s product and the restaurant industry.
Required profile
- Direct first‑line management experience, preferably in SMB sales.
- Customer‑first sales approach with strong communication skills.
- Life‑long learner mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Experience selling to or working with restaurants is a strong plus.
What we offer
- Compensation up to $270,000 CAD OTE (salary + variable) plus pre‑IPO equity.
