Maintenance Technician

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders and performing general maintenance and repairs for an assigned portfolio of Centurion apartment buildings in Edmonton. The role ensures that all buildings are kept to established standards and within budgetary constraints. The technician also manages the resources, tools, and supplies needed to keep properties operating efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders and address maintenance requests across the assigned portfolio.
• Perform general repairs and routine upkeep of apartment units and common areas.
• Manage and account for tools, supplies, and other resources required for maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance work meets established quality standards and stays within budget.

• Reports directly to the Senior Property Manager.
