Maintenance Supervisor – Larkspur Place

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Larkspur Place in Vancouver. The role combines hands‑on technical work with leadership of a small maintenance team to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities meet the company’s high standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise up to five maintenance employees and coordinate daily work assignments.
• Manage outside vendors, track warranties, and ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for common areas.
• Perform and oversee hot‑water heater repairs, basic carpentry, and roofing maintenance.
• Assist in budgeting for routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Process resident work orders efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, basic carpentry, and various roofing systems (shingle, BUR membrane, EPDM).
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Experience using MS Office Suite and property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
