Machine Operator – Manufacturing (Clifton Park)

About the role

Dymax is seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join its Electronic Coating Technologies (ECT) team in Clifton Park, NY. You will operate automated equipment that masks, gels, coats, pots, and encapsulates electronic components, ensuring each product meets strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Run automated processes for masking, gelling, conformal coating, potting, and encapsulating.
• Seek and incorporate quality‑assurance feedback throughout the shift.
• Follow ISO and ESD standard operating procedures precisely.
• Log production data accurately using the MRP system.
• Escalate any quality concerns to the QC team.
• Operate process equipment safely according to supervisor instructions, work instructions, or equipment manuals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Knowledge of IPC standards (preferred).
• Ability to work a fast‑paced schedule and overtime as needed.
• Physical ability to stand/walk 90% of the shift, lift up to 40 lb, and perform repetitive manual tasks.

Required skills

• Familiarity with IPC, ISO, and ESD standards.
• Experience using an MRP system for production tracking.
• Operation of automated coating and potting equipment.
