Leasing Professional – Edmonton

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for its Edmonton community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.

Required profile

• Experience performing sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to stay informed about market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong organizational skills for managing applications, inspections, and marketing initiatives.
