Learning & Curriculum Manager, Creative Learning

About the role

The Learning & Curriculum Manager, Creative Learning will join UBC's Continuing Professional Development division to design and deliver innovative education programs for health professionals across British Columbia. Reporting to the Creative Learning team, you will lead multiple projects that enhance practice improvement and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch new curriculum initiatives that address the learning needs of physicians and allied health practitioners.
• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder projects, coordinating with provincial and national organizations.
• Prepare funding proposals, contracts, and detailed project reports.
• Create and execute work plans, manage program budgets, and oversee financial performance.
• Facilitate committees and working groups, ensuring effective collaboration and decision‑making.
• Plan human‑resource needs, optimize team performance, and support staff development.
• Conduct research and evaluation to measure program impact and inform continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in curriculum design and educational program management, preferably in health‑care settings.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project timelines.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and committees.
• High level of digital literacy and comfort with emerging educational technologies.
