Lead SAP TMS Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP TMS Consultant to join its Life Sciences unit in Calgary. The role focuses on delivering advanced SAP Trade Management solutions that drive operational efficiency for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced SAP customizations and critical software applications in collaboration with development teams.
• Develop and manage integration workflows connecting the ERP system with external applications, and lead large‑scale data migration strategies.
• Implement performance optimization strategies for scalability, reliability, and user experience.
• Lead compliance initiatives, conduct audits, and uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Create comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.
• Participate in all phases of the consulting lifecycle, from business process consulting to solution deployment.

Required profile

• Located within commuting distance of Calgary or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• Minimum 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
