Lead SAP TMS Consultant – Calgary

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP Trade Management (TMS) Consultant to join its Life Sciences unit in Calgary. The role involves guiding complex SAP TMS implementations, driving architecture design, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced SAP customizations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with development teams.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows and lead large‑scale data migration strategies.
• Implement performance‑optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience.
• Lead compliance initiatives and uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Create detailed documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.
• Participate in all phases of the consulting lifecycle, from business process consulting to solution deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• Minimum 7 years of Information Technology experience, preferably with SAP solutions.
• Located within commuting distance of Calgary or willing to relocate; ability to travel within Canada.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
