Lead O9 Supply Planning Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Lead O9 Supply Planning Consultant to join its Mississauga team. The consultant will drive the implementation and configuration of O9 supply chain solutions for clients, ensuring the platform meets complex business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure O9 Solutions to align with client business processes.
• Customize planning configurations, workflow models, UI components, action buttons, and procedures.
• Optimize solver performance and design reports to support decision‑making.
• Refine user stories and resolve production issues in collaboration with client success teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of O9 Configuration Consultants.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of experience in supply chain solutions.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with O9 Solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• O9 Solutions (planning configurations, workflow modeling, UI design, action buttons, procedures, solver performance tuning, report design).
• Supply chain solution design and implementation.
• Leadership and team management experience.
