Lead Mobile Developer – AI & Agentic Systems

About the role

BIMM is seeking a Lead Mobile Developer with a strong focus on AI‑driven, agentic systems. You will design and deliver native iOS and Android applications while shaping the underlying cloud infrastructure that powers autonomous agents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the agentic practice for mobile development across iOS and Android.
• Mentor and manage a diverse team of AI engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Architect and build production‑grade mobile applications using modern frameworks.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ensure generated code adheres to design guidelines, quality standards, and scalability requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing systems that enable autonomous agents to make decisions and execute tasks.
• Hands‑on expertise with Swift and SwiftUI for iOS development.
• Working knowledge of Android development using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Ability to lead complex problem‑solving efforts while knowing when to seek assistance.
• Innovative mindset with a track record of side projects or moonshot ideas.
