About the role
The Off‑Trade Key Account Manager – Wholesale will act as a strategic partner and advisor to Costco and other designated wholesale customers. You will develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve budgeted volume and profit while fostering long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Influence category growth through fact‑based selling across the Carlsberg brand portfolio.
- Achieve provincial sales volume, revenue, distribution and share targets for Costco and other wholesale accounts.
- Develop and manage Joint Business Plans with customers and align regional operational teams for execution.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships, addressing service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing and Insights teams to create shopper‑centric programs and derive customer insights.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (supply chain, finance, store operations) to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and lead regular business reviews with customers.
Required profile
- Strategic mindset with ability to act as a trusted advisor to key wholesale customers.
- Proven experience developing and managing strategic account plans.
- Track record of achieving sales volume, revenue and market share targets.
- Strong relationship‑building skills across multiple functions.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, insights and operational teams.
- Experience conducting business reviews and joint planning sessions.
