Junior Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to support the growth of our social practice across lifestyle and brand clients. The role is hands‑on, combining content creation, account coordination, and strategic support while you own smaller accounts end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing social media strategies, content pillars, brand voice, and platform approaches.
• Contribute research, trend insights, and creative ideas to pitch decks and new‑business proposals.
• Coordinate influencer outreach, vetting, contracts, and campaign logistics.
• Execute daily content publishing on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, including caption writing and scheduling.
• Create and edit short‑form video, UGC‑style assets, and light design work using Canva, Figma or Adobe tools.
• Support content shoots, occasional evenings/weekends, and collaborate with internal creative teams.
• Manage daily social activity, monitor performance, and provide basic optimisations.
• Track metrics, compile reports and surface insights for future content.
• Support client communications, status updates and timeline management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple accounts.
• Strong copywriting skills and comfort creating short‑form video.
• Passionate about social trends, platform formats and internet culture.
• Eager to develop into a more strategic, client‑facing role.
