IT Support Specialist – Hospitality

Join the IT team at a renowned Relais & Châteaux property where you will provide technical assistance to both staff and guests. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic hospitality environment while supporting the inn’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely technical support for hardware, software, network and other IT systems used by staff and guests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimise operational disruption.
• Assist with maintenance, updates and preventative checks of computers, servers and network equipment.
• Support staff in setting up and using IT equipment and applications, providing training on best practices.
• Log and track incidents via the resort’s help‑desk system and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software licences and equipment records.
• Help develop and update IT procedures, standards and user guides.
