About the role
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to drive efficiency and lead our production team at Thermoproof Windows and Doors in Cobble Hill, BC. The role focuses on eliminating waste, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and eliminate wastefulness in production processes.
- Supervise technicians, technologists, analysts, administrative staff and other engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Plan and maintain production schedules.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages.
- Determine scheduling of production.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in lean manufacturing.
- Strong time‑management abilities.
- Experience supervising technicians and engineers.
